When you arrive, leave items in your vehicle and let a volunteer inside know you have a donation. They will assist you with unloading.
Wondering why donations have to be freshly laundered?
We get it, washing your clothing before you donate it seems like a chore, but we promise the requirement comes with reason! Crisis doesn't wait for our team to run a load of laundry. We require our clothing to be freshly laundered so that when we receive the call that a family is in need of clothing items, we can pack and deliver what they need ASAP! Your act of laundering the clothing before donating it helps our organization serve others well.
